Rolfs Travel Group is growing rapidly and is now looking for an operational and driven Business Area Manager for our brand Solresor. In this role, you will report directly to the CEO and take responsibility for driving growth and developing our offering.

Solresor began its journey in 1989 and became part of Rolfs Travel Group in 2020. Solresor operates as an independent business unit within Rolfs Flyg & Buss AB, offering trips to hundreds of destinations. While specializing in classic sun and beach holidays, we also provide hiking trips, city experiences, and exotic destinations.

✈️ About the Role

As Business Area Manager, you will lead the team and develop the business with a strong focus on growth. The Solresor team consists of a Sales Manager, Product Managers, Sales Representatives, an Administrator, and Tour Leaders.

With in-house IT and marketing teams, we have the ability to quickly implement improvements, ideas, and business-driven actions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Production and contracting: Ensure we offer the best hotels and flights at the most competitive prices.
• Product development and customer experience: Ensure our products maintain high quality, including tour leaders, programs, and children’s clubs.
• Marketing and visibility: Ensure our marketing efforts are effective and impactful.
• Operational management and staff responsibility: Oversee smooth daily operations, including staff management and operational support.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has extensive experience in a senior commercial role in charter and/or dynamic packaging, with proven results. 
• Is competitive, quick-thinking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Can focus on achieving short-term goals while also creating and anchoring long-term strategies.
• Is an open, humble, and inspiring leader who can develop, coach, and motivate their team.
• Is passionate about creating sunny and memorable travel experiences with the customer at the center.
